  • Each coaching session is client led and highly individual. Typically, as a Coach, I will support a client with goal setting, co-creating action plans, habit building and behaviour change. The sessions may also include discussions on what wellness looks and feels like for the individual. Work around limiting beliefs, mindset, and how to overcome obstacles may also take place.

    Each coaching session lasts for 60 minutes and is normally conducted on a weekly basis. I use a secure platform to host coaching sessions.
