01 — Weekly coaching calls

60 minute online coaching calls where we discuss your wellness vision, create a personalised plan, tackle limiting beliefs, co-create goals and outline action steps.

02 — Session recaps

Receive a written recap to outline and summarise each session.

03 — Ongoing support

As your coach, I will be there to support you in between coaching sessions. Based on what works for you, receive regular check-ins to help you stay motivated and provide you with accountability.

04 — Additional resources

Benefit from journal prompts and other resources that will help you achieve your goals and support you on your journey.
